I will speak about Keynsham Action Network or ‘KAN’. This is an action learning experiment located in one small, predominantly middle class, ex-market town in Southwest England where I was a GP for 30 years. The aim is to shift the social norms through stimulating the emergence of a more health-creating culture based on living networks and shared values.
